Job summary
Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team in Tennessee. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, supervise nursing assistants, and keep precise records in a patient-centered environment.
We offer a sign-on bonus of $1,500, comprehensive benefits after probation, and a competitive salary. Candidates must be licensed in the state and able to follow detailed instructions with accuracy and empathy.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Must be licensed by the state you work in or have a temporary license.
- Ability to follow exact oral and written instructions and keep records.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards and policies; observe and monitor nursing assistants on the unit.
- Direct, provide assistance and supervise nursing assistants on the unit.
- Administer medications after orientation and instruction; observe for adverse drug reactions.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized unit; answer call lights as required.
