Cedar Wellness Center in Tacoma, WA seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to support our outpatient clinic serving a diverse patient population and those affected by opioid use disorder. Reporting to the Clinic Medical Director, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a state-of-the-art facility and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates will hold an active LVN/LPN license, BLS, and commitment to trauma-informed care.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of certified LVN/LPN program.
• Active LVN/LPN License in good standing.
• Must maintain continuing education credits as required by the Board of Licensure and organizational needs.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) Basic life support.
• Ability to pass drug and background screening.
• Ability to provide health and TB clearance.

Aufgaben

• Provides direct and individualized nursing care to patients.
• Participates in planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in the clinic.
• Records information concisely, accurately, and completely.
• Administer/dispense medications/vaccines in accordance with applicable regulations and policy.
• Assist in organizing transfers of patients to and from the program.
• Maintain all medical records and ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
