Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Dosing Nurse to administer medications, dispense daily doses, and coordinate patient care within an outpatient MAT setting. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, adherence to policies, and collaboration with the nursing team.

The position requires an active LPN/LN license in the practicing state, 3+ years of nursing experience preferred, and CPR/BLS certification. Monday–Friday schedule supports a stable, patient-focused care environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse license in the state where practicing; license active and in good standing.
• 3+ years nursing experience preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy skills; experience drawing blood from collapsible veins is a plus.
• Active CPR or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients accurately and administer medications per orders.
• Dispense daily and take-home medication at dosing window.
• Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including impairment assessments.
• Ensure medication counts are accurate daily.
• Follow documentation and compliance policies.
• Attend nursing and cross-treatment meetings.
• Provide empathetic patient support and listening.
