Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• License: Current New Mexico LPN or Out of State Multistate/compact LPN License
• Certifications: BLS; Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia (BCA) where required; ACLS within 6 months of hire where required

• Provide direct nursing care to patients within the LPN scope of practice.
• Assist in implementing patient care plans under RN direction.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient assessments and findings in the electronic health record.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and promote comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
