Qualifications

• Knowledge of medications and their correct administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments under RN supervision.
• Communicate patient status, symptoms, and changes to the RN.
• Provide pain management education to patient and family.
• Assist with rehabilitation and care plan updates under the RN guidance.
• Support physicians with examinations and procedures as directed.
• Treat patients and families with respect and dignity; involve them in the care plan.
• Address psychosocial needs and coordinate with Social Services for discharge planning.
• Monitor patient data to identify age-appropriate care needs and ensure safety.
