Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing with valid LPN license in Missouri.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of nursing as directed by the care plan.
• Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans.
• Assess and document residents' condition and nursing needs.
