Job summary

Aspirus St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the 7W MED team on a part-time basis. The role includes day/night rotation with 12-hour shifts and a 0.75 FTE (60 hours biweekly).

The LPN applies nursing scope under the RN, assists with activities of daily living, administers medications, and documents patient progress. Minnesota LPN license and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota LPN license required with BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross or Military Training Network).
• Education: See Licensure/Certification/Registration requirements.
• Experience: N/A

Responsibilities

• Administers medications according to policy.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Documents and reports pertinent information related to patient progress.
• Performs duties within the LPN scope of practice under RN supervision.
