Job summary

Aspirus St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the 7W MED team on a part-time basis (0.90 FTE, 72 hours biweekly).

The role features daytime/nighttime rotation, a competitive hourly salary, and a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000. The Staff Nurse delivers professional nursing care per MN Board of Nursing standards, collaborates with the healthcare team, educates patients and families, and supports ongoing competency and safety.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN license to practice.
• BLS certification (Provider or Healthcare Provider) from AHA/Red Cross or Military Training Network.
• Knowledge of the nursing process and patient assessment.
• Ability to function as a team leader and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate professional nursing care per MN Board of Nursing standards.
• Plan, delegate, and organize nursing personnel and information flow among patient, family, and healthcare team.
• Educate patients' families and evaluate care outcomes.
