Job summary

Rochester Manor is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) for full-time and per diem shifts in Rochester, NH. The 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm schedules are offered, with a $7,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

The posted range includes shift differential and pay in lieu of benefits. Under RN supervision, you will deliver nursing care, assess residents, administer medications, and support a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, deliver efficient and effective nursing care.
• Evaluate residents, collect data, observe condition, report changes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
