Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. in Rochester Manor, Rochester, NH, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time positions on 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts. A $7,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with Per Diem options available.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if required.
• Must be licensed or pending LPN licensure by state Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, deliver nursing care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
• Evaluate patients, observe changes, and report for care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per orders.
• Supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.
