Shifts

7:00 am - 7:00 pm

As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will:

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight within the household
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately
• Lead and support CNAs and other household staff
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support resident-directed care and individualized approaches to care planning
• Mentor and guide team members while fostering accountability and teamwork
• Help create a home-like environment that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life

Requirements
