Job summary
Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wynnewood, PA seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our front-line care team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and help craft individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary group to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in Pennsylvania.
- New graduates welcome to apply.
- Prior experience as LPN preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor and report changes in patient status to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with our therapy team to develop rehabilitation plans.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
