Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse current Florida license.
- 1 year Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practice and regulations.
- Assess and document resident progress in the medical record.
- Monitor turning and positioning of residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician and per facility policies.
