Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• CPR certification (BLS or ALS)
• Meets all State and Federal employment requirements for US nursing facility
• Strong patient assessment skills and demonstrated clinical competency
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
• Assist in rehabilitation per physician plan of treatment
