Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads.

As an LPN you will provide nursing care, administer medications, collect patient information, monitor conditions, and coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers. Perks include weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements; no weight restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.

Requirements
