Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Must be able to summarize and relate information concerning a resident's condition.
• Must be able to move intermittently and cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
• Direct day-to-day functions of employees and participate in QA programs.
• Record and report resident conditions, incidents, and treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments and manage physician orders.
