Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking an LPN/LVN in Indiana to care for residents under physician-approved plans. Part-time and full-time shifts are available, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a shift differential.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and maintain a safe, supportive environment while following Brookdale’s procedures and care plans. Brookdale provides health, life, and retirement benefits as part of its comprehensive program.

Qualifications

• LPN/LVN license required per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician as well as documenting responses to care plans.
• Nurses also administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
