Qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing or graduate of LPN program required.
- Active State of TN Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Certified in Professional Crisis Management within 60 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provides nursing and health care services to individuals served.
- Administers treatments and medications as ordered.
- Records and reports all vital signs and clinical observations.
- Evaluates emergency situations for clients.
