Job summary
Willow Ridge Rehabilitation & Living Center in Rutherfordton, NC is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our skilled nursing team. This position offers Day and Night shifts on 12-hour schedules, with both full-time and part-time opportunities and a $13,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.
- Current and active North Carolina LPN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care per resident care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope.
- Monitor residents for changes and communicate concerns to the health team.
- Document health information and contribute to care planning.
- Complete clinical documentation using electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Guide and support CNAs and nursing staff as appropriate.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and professionals.
- Promote a safe, respectful, resident-centered environment.
