Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitoring resident health and reporting changes to the care team
• Collaborating with RNs and other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of resident care
