Job summary
NHC HealthCare Clinton in Clinton, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our 131-bed skilled nursing facility on 12-hour day or night shifts. The successful candidate will provide compassionate care, administer medications, document in electronic health records, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications
- Current LPN license in South Carolina.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Experience with electronic documentation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician instructions
- Administer medications and treatments as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and fellow team members
- Support a safe, clean, and respectful care environment
