Job summary

Medina Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts, including Part-time Days and PRN Days/Nights. Competitive base pay with bonuses can land you up to $36.00 per hour, and we offer 12-hour shifts with day and night coverage.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Ohio license.
• Experience in geriatric nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
