Qualifications

• Active SC LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassion, reliability and commitment to resident care.
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
• Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for residents.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
