Goldwater Care seeks an LPN to lead nursing staff and oversee day-to-day care for residents in a 12-hour shift at our Illinois facility. The role requires current LPN licensure, CPR certification, and prior long-term care experience.

The successful candidate will supervise nursing assistants, ensure compliance with standards, and support care planning. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current unencumbered state licensure.
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
• Must be able to work 12 hours a shift.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants. Plan the shift’s services, programs and activities, and provide written and oral reports as required.
• Complete and file required records for admissions, transfers and discharges; receive and transcribe physician orders; chart nursing notes reflecting care provided.
