Goldwater Care Bloomington in Illinois is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to lead the day-to-day nursing team on our Bloomington unit. You will coordinate nursing assistants, ensure shift services are delivered with compassion, and maintain accurate documentation.

This full-time role requires current LPN licensure, CPR certification, and a willingness to work 12-hour shifts in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current unencumbered state licensure.
• Current CPR Certification is required
• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred
• Must be able to work 12 hours a shift

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and plan shift services.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents; provide written and oral reports on shift activities.
• Provide leadership to nursing personnel assigned to your unit/shift
