Job summary

Rose Senior Living Beachwood is seeking a hospitality-focused LPN for a part-time night shift (7:00pm–7:30am) in Beachwood, Ohio. The role provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises care by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Wage range is $29.00–$32.00 per hour, with differential-based pay. Responsibilities include ADL support, care plan monitoring, and interdisciplinary coordination.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in state of practice.
• Willing to respond to emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promote independence.
• Identify medical/behavioral changes and monitor care plans.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services on conditions and supplies.
• Administer nursing care per physician orders and policies.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines for preventive and rehabilitative services.

Rose Senior Living Beachwood is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Positions Hours: Part Time 7:00pm-7:30am

Position Wages: $29.00 - $32.00 *Based on shift differentials.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
