Job summary

Rose Senior Living Beachwood is recruiting a hospitality focused LPN to join our team, providing direct nursing care and supervising Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. The position is part-time (7am-4:00pm) with a wage range of $29.00–$32.00 per hour, based on shift differentials.

Responsibilities include ADL support, care plan monitoring, and reporting to the Director of Health Services. Qualified candidates hold a current nursing license in the state and must be available for

• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician's orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
