Job summary

Rose Senior Living Beachwood is recruiting a hospitality-focused LPN to join our team. This role provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates supervision to Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

The position is part-time with overnight hours 7:00pm–7:30am and offers shift differentials. Qualifications include an active nursing license valid in Ohio and a willingness to respond to emergencies.

• Willingness to be available for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and delegate/supervise care by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.
• Identify resident medical/behavioral changes and develop/reassess care plans.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services about conditions, performance, and supplies.
• Deliver nursing care according to physician orders and established standards.
• Coordinate preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing services with other disciplines.

Rose Senior Living Beachwood is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Positions Hours: Part Time 7:00pm-7:30am

Position Wages: $29.00 - $32.00 *Based on shift differentials.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
