Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Oklahoma City, OK. The role focuses on delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, and educating patients and families.

The LPN will work with a healthcare team to plan and evaluate patient care, assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges, and monitor vitals with detailed documentation. Qualifications

• LPN licensure; 1 year experience preferred.

• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.

• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).
• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.
