Qualifications
- Must hold a valid NY State LPN license.
- Must be in good standing with State Registry.
- Ability to work well in a team.
Responsibilities
- Collect information from new Residents for admission.
- Record health data including vitals and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections as needed.
- Treat wounds and bedsores as required.
- May supervise CNAs as assigned.
- Assist Residents with dressing and personal care.
- Monitor intake and output of food and fluids.
