• 1+ year experience in Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Monitor residents and report changes to physicians.
• Take vital signs and assess conditions.
• Communicate changes to families and physicians.
• Update care plans and documentation.
• Provide wound care and injections/enemas.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters.
