Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to work one-on-one with a student in a school setting, providing direct nursing care and monitoring for medical needs such as trach care, vent support and G-tube feeding. The nurse may accompany the student on bus transport to and from school.

Requirements include current LPN/LVN licensure, a Health Certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and a current BLS card. One year of LVN/LPN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or LVN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year LVN/LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities
