Job summary

BAYADA Altoona is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a pediatric focus to join our Skilled Nursing team. You will travel to client homes, provide one‑to‑one care, and document care plans while collaborating with families.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay range: $25-32/hour based on experience and shift.

Flexible scheduling with no minimums (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN)
