Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed practical nurse/licensed vocational nurse for full-time overnight assignments in Randolph, NE. You will provide skilled nursing care, perform assessments, and document patient data in accordance with orders.

The role requires active LPN/LVN licensure in the state, ability to meet TB/Chest X-Ray requirements, and current BLS certification. One year of nursing experience is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support).
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document health data and nursing diagnoses.
