Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN/LVN to care for pediatric patients in the patients' own homes in Glenwood, IA. The role features Monday through Friday shifts with competitive pay and weekly paychecks.

You will work under the nursing process to deliver skilled care and coordinate with families and care teams. Requirements include an active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice, current TB/Chest X-ray, and a current BLS card; one year of nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the practicing state is required.
• TB test or chest X-ray must be current.
• Current BLS card is required.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
