Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide in-home pediatric nursing services in Burlington, Iowa. The role involves using the nursing process to assess and address patient needs during assignments in patients’ homes.

Qualified candidates are licensed in the state, with current TB/Chest X-ray and BLS, and ideally one year of nursing experience. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered by Maxim.

Qualifications

• TB or Chest X-Ray is current.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Maxim Healthcare is hiring in Burlington, Iowa for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric patients in their own home.

Available shifts

• Monday and Tuesdays (7:30am-4:30p)
• Thursdays and Fridays (7:45a-5p)
• Monday through Friday Days (8a-4p)
