Pay Range

$40.00/hr - $48.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Valid license/certification in the state of WV
• Minimum 1 year of long-term health care experience
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Proficient computer skills, including Word Processing and Spreadsheets
• Current CPR certification
• Physically able to perform nursing duties
• Ability to clear background checks and pre-employment drug screening
