Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a compassionate LPN/LVN to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Ohio. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, follow individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress in collaboration with nurses and therapists.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical experience is preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care following the individualized care plan and physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans.
• Build meaningful patient relationships to support recovery and well-being.
• Support patients’ rehabilitation goals and celebrate progress.
