Encompass Health is seeking an LPN/LVN to join our team and provide focused, compassionate care within a rehabilitation setting. You will work under RN supervision to implement individualized care plans and support patient recovery.

You will monitor patients, document changes, and collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes. Tuition reimbursement and growth opportunities are emphasized from day one.

Competenze

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• One year of inpatient hospital or medical-surgical experience preferred.

Qualifications
