Completion of an accredited practical nursing program leading to LPN/LVN eligibility is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in an ambulatory or physician practice setting is preferred.
One to two years of nursing experience is preferred, ideally in an ambulatory or outpatient setting. New graduates of an accredited practical nursing program may be considered.
Current, unencumbered state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license is required. Successful completion of the NCLEX-PN examination is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Skilled in ambulatory nursing care within the LPN scope. Accurate vital sign measurement, medication and immunization administration, and specimen collection. Ability to room patients, prepare rooms, and assist with office procedures. Strong patient education and clear communication. Efficient support of patient flow in a busy clinic. Comfort documenting in the electronic health record and using clinical messaging tools. Ability to guide medical assistants and aides. Dependable follow-through within scope.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $26.10 - $38.70 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
