Job summary

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA is seeking an Inpatient Case Manager for an RN/LPN; you will provide basic nursing care under supervision and coordinate patient care within a team of healthcare professionals.

The role is full-time on days, 40 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM). The LPN license in the state and BLS within 90 days of hire are required.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides basic nursing care under the supervision of an RN or Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP) in the clinical setting, within the scope of practice dictated by the State Boards of Nursing. The LPN must be detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to handle physically demanding tasks. The LPN is an essential member of the healthcare team offering patient care and supporting higher level nurse and physicians in delivering comprehensive medical services.
