Job summary

Centerstone MO- Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Trenton, MO. You will assist physicians and nursing staff, prepare patients for exams, administer injections, perform lab testing, phlebotomy, and maintain supplies for treatments.

The role emphasizes patient care, documentation, and respectful interaction with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong communication skills and remains calm in crisis situations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• LPN license in the applicable state or completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Phlebotomy training and CPR certification preferred.
