Job summary

Centerstone in Independence, Missouri is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our Rapid Access Unit - Behavioral Crisis Center. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals on their recovery journey.
