Job summary

Centerstone MO Clinic in Trenton, MO is seeking a licensed practical nurse to support physicians and nursing staff in delivering compassionate patient care. The role includes preparing patients, administering injections, performing labs, and maintaining supplies according to clinic protocols.

Ideal candidates hold an LPN license, a high school diploma, CPR certification (preferred), and prior office-based nursing experience. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program or Licensed Practical Nurse in applicable state.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Phlebotomy training and previous lab experience preferred.
• One year of experience in a physician office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments per service line requirements.
• Evaluate the client/patient’s physical condition and the need for services.
• Prepare patients for examination and treatment.
• Administer injections and perform lab testing and phlebotomy.
• Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments.
• Schedule appointments, obtain prior authorizations, and manage patient charts.
• Provide information to patients to help them benefit from clinic services.
• Accompany individuals to medical appointments and ensure their rights are protected.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner according to company policies and procedures.
• Perform light housekeeping and inventory management tasks.
