Roscoe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate nursing team. You will provide high‑quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and help ensure the safety, comfort, and well‑being of residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or with geriatrics preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with assessments, care plans, and facility policies.
• Administer medications, treatments, enteral feedings, and IV therapies within LPN scope.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and team.
• Document care, treatments, observations, and medication administration.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to ensure quality resident care.
• Maintain up-to-date resident care information and communicate during shift changes.
• Follow infection control, safety, resident rights, and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and other nursing responsibilities.

Rate: $31–$34.24/hour (depending on experience)

Sign‑on Bonus: Up to $3,000

Shift Differentials: Up to $2.00 extra

Shift: Full‑Time, Part‑Time

Schedule: Days 6:30 am–7:30 pm, every other weekend; Nights 6:30 pm–7:30 am, every other weekend

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred

• Current CPR Certification required
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or with the geriatric population preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of medication administration, infection control, and resident care practices
• Ability to supervise nursing assistants and work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Compassionate, resident‑centered approach to care
