Atlas Post Acute is hiring LPNs to join our dedicated team in Colorado. Positions include full-time day shift (6am-6pm) with rotating weekends, full-time night shift (6pm-6am) with rotating weekends, plus part-time and PRN options.

Earn $37-$40/hour with a $5,000 retention bonus, and enjoy benefits and a supportive, compassionate work environment. We value compassionate care for our senior residents and offer ongoing training, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match for eligible staff.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in Colorado.
• Experience providing nursing care in a skilled nursing setting is preferred.
• Strong patient care and teamwork skills are essential.
