Job summary

Atlas Post Acute is seeking licensed practical nurses to join our Colorado team. We offer part-time shifts 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, and PRN coverage, with competitive pay and a positive, team-focused environment.

You will provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, possibly supervising nurse assistants, delivering medications and treatments, and supporting residents with compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN license to practice in Colorado.
• Ability to provide high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing setting.
• Comfortable working in a team and supervising nurse assistants when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit; may supervise nurse assistants.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Support residents with compassionate care and timely documentation.
