Job summary

Atlas Post Acute in Colorado is hiring LPNs for part-time and PRN shifts. You will provide nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, administer medications, and support a compassionate care team dedicated to residents.

Current CO LPN license required. Our team offers a supportive, friendly environment with opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Colorado.
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to supervise nurse assistants and pass medications.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Assist with patient assessments and care coordination.
