Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain all required continuing education and licensing, and to remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a charge nurse, you'll provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of our CNAs.
• You'll work under the supervision of our Director of Nursing to ensure care meets current state, federal, and local standards.
• You'll lead on the floor alongside a strong clinical team and a long-tenured rehab team who work as one.

Carnegie Park Post Acute is a 180-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility at 1848 Greentree Road in Pittsburgh, right on a bus line for an easy commute.
