Whitehall Borough Post Acute is hiring Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses for all shifts at our Whitehall, PA facility. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards under the DON and leadership team.

We offer competitive pay at $36/hour, same-day pay through PayActiv, and a robust benefits package including PTO, health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and tuition/loan reimbursement programs.

Formación

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in PA.
• CPR certification is required; BLS preferred.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful.
• Compassion for a vulnerable population and willingness to advocate for patients.
• Understanding of Patient Rights and patient-centered care.

Shift Details

• 6a-2p, 2p-10p, or 10p-6a
• 8-hour shifts
• 2-week rotating schedule
• Full-time only

Your Day-to-Day
You'll provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs. You'll work under supervision of our DON to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards. You'll do it alongside a strong, long-tenured clinical team and a compassionate Administrator and DON who have your back.

What You'll Need

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA and will remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Ability to maintain all required continuing education
• Active CPR Certification (BLS preferred with skills)
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful
• Compassion for a vulnerable population and willingness to advocate for patients
• Understanding of Patient Rights
